Original 1910 New Mexico Constitution Goes On Display

An opportunity of a lifetime will be provided to New Mexicans on Wednesday May 2, 12 noon - 5 p.m. at the State Records Center and Archives. The public may view the original 1910 New Mexico Constitution and other important documents of Statehood.

The Center and Archives is located at 1209 Camino Carlos Rey, just one block off Cerillos Road and two blocks from Siringo Road. Parking is free. The 1910 NM Constitution, its signers and the changes over 100 years are featured at

The Historical Society of New Mexico is seeking volunteers to meet & greet, provide directions to the elevator & display room, and help monitor capacity of the display room. Volunteers could be seated most of the time and may wear name tags representing their organization.
