Riley Road flooded out early Sunday evening. The bridge and beyond was under water, fence washed out and there were low spots that could potentially cause an accident. Commissioner Chavez-Gutierrez alerted Torrance County Road maintenance who were on the way to assess safety and possible damage.
Those who use Riley Road should use caution until flooding subsides. More photo's below.

we drove by here just as it started. The bar ditch was bad but none of it was on the road yet. It was hailing HARD!
