• If there are not enough action items on the agenda, or if there is failure to draw a quorum, the meeting may be cancelled;  cancellation notification will appear in the Mountain View Telegraph. 
• In order to be heard by the Torrance County Planning and Zoning Board, you must submit complete applications 21 days prior to the subsequent meeting date to be placed on an agenda.
