At the regular meeting of the Torrance County Commission, there was an update to the recycling grant received by Torrance County Solid Waste. Below is an excerpt from the regular meeting of the Torrance County Commision meeting held August 24, 2011. I was late to this meeting so was unable to capture the begining of the session, however, the portion of the entire meeting that I was able to video is available on YouTube.
